She has more than 25 years of business management and technical experience. Nancy is a long-standing faculty member at TDWI and hosts the BI impact channel on the BeyeNETWORK. She has authored articles in numerous publications and is co-author of the highly-rated book The Profit Impact of Business Intelligence. Nancy received her MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Richard Winter is an industry expert in large scale data management technology, architecture and implementation with over twenty-five years of experience. As President of WINTERCORP, a consulting firm in Cambridge MA, he advises executives on their strategies and critical projects, focusing on scalability, performance and availability in data warehousing, analytics and big data. Mr. Winter is a frequent author and speaker. He leads seminars and structured workshops on scalability management, including the architecture and selection of data warehouse, analytic data and big data platforms. Mr. Winter also has extensive experience in the creation, direction and evaluation of pilot systems, proofs-of-concept, benchmarks, and other performance measurement and systems engineering projects.

Lynn Winterboer is an Agile DW/BI trainer and consultant. She is passionate about applying Agile frameworks to DW/BI projects and improving the way teams deliver value to stakeholders. She has participated in both Agile and Data Warehousing projects since the mid-90s, where she's held many team roles and understands from experience the unique set of challenges faced by DW/BI teams who want to benefit from the incremental style of Agile development. Lynn holds a BA in Southwest Studies from Colorado College, a Master's in International Management from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business, and is Certified Business Intelligence Professional at the Mastery level (CBIP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) & Product Owner (CSPO) and a PMI Project Management Professional (PMP).

Chunfang Ye, holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from University of Colorado, Boulder. Her research expertise includes numerical simulations and optimization with Matlab, building statistical model and electro-optical system design. She is ready to apply her solid training in Engineering as well in Business (e.g., pricing management, market intelligence, building predictive and prescriptive models, business project management) to solving challenging and real business problems.
